CHRISTI ROBINSON
Regional Vice President, Pacific Northwest
Christi Robinson is known for her leadership in strategic planning, operations, team building and client relations. Her responsibilities at CSG include account management; ensuring contract compliance, hiring and overseeing staff, managing office locations, and managing performance standards and service delivery.
Prior to joining CSG in 2010, Robinson served as Vice President, Professional Services at Phoenix Energy Technologies where she developed and implemented performance metrics to measure the organization’s operations, developed strategic client account plans, and implemented account teams. Prior to that she was Director of Facilities at Grubb & Ellis where she managed a team operating a 15 million square foot Microsoft campus. She also served as Director of Facilities Strategy for Starbucks Coffee Company where she developed long-term strategies and short-term operational plans for retail store maintenance and capital reinvestment. In addition to four other energy management positions, early in her 23-year career in energy services she was the Conservation Program Coordinator for Pasadena Water and Power Department.
Robinson received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin.
