Eric Roberts is CSG’s Vice President of Customer Contact Center Services, filling a position created in 2011 to provide management oversight to all regions and contact centers. A collaborative leader, team builder, and decision maker, Eric excels at managing multiple priorities in matrixed operations. His more than 20 years of experience working for Fortune 500 companies such as Citigroup, ING, Travelers Property & Casualty and Geico includes a record of improving operational processes and driving productivity improvements at the domestic and international level.

Eric has been a featured speaker at Call Center Industry conferences, both domestically and internationally, and is involved in call center industry benchmarking organizations including The Global Operations Council and Contact Center Council

Most recently Eric was Group Vice President, of North American Call Center Operations for Affinion Group. In this role he was responsible for leading a sales and service operation that handled more than 10 million customer contacts in 8 locations in the U.S. and offshore. Prior to working with Affinion Eric spent 13 years at Citigroup in senior management roles in the U.S. and Internationally.

Eric holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from Georgia College.
