MAUREEN HUFFAM
Senior Vice President of Human Resources
Maureen is known for her successful “hands-on” tactical approach combined with strategic thinking. Her extensive experience in delivering all aspects of human resources is highlighted with demonstrated accomplishments in designing and streamlining human resource systems, developing strategic human resource plans, and matching business and employee needs. She provides particular leadership for CSG on issues such as performance metrics and compensation, organizational development, management training and recruiting.
Prior to joining CSG in 2008 as Senior Director of Human Resources, Maureen served as Human Resource Director for Shriners Children’s Hospital for several years, following three years as Corporate Human Resource Director for the Plymouth Rock Group of Companies. Prior to that, she was a consultant and contributed more than fifteen years at Safety Insurance Company as Associate Vice President, Human Resources and Development. Maureen received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts.
