SHEILA DALY
Vice President of Professional Services
Known for her ability to bridge the gap between technology and customer requirements, manage multiple projects to aggressive timelines, and provide encouragement to each person on her staff, Sheila Daly manages the Professional Services team within CSG’s Information Solutions department. The team is involved in the full cycle of program delivery, including requirements analysis, program documentation, project scheduling, and delivery/rollout.
Prior to joining CSG, Sheila served as Vice President of Professional Services and Support at Softrax Corporation and as Vice President of Professional Services and Product Management at eCredit.com. She received her B.S. in Computer Science from Boston College.
